Thursday Thoughts: Be contented. . .

  Some people ask for what they really need, some people just ask for what they want to have. Some just don't understand the importance of life and some just take things for granted. We must all learn how to appreciate every single thing, every single moment that happens to our lives. Especially now that a lot of people are facing scarce because of the economy. People should always think twice on what their purpose are and how they will be able to help the community, instead of rant and be another burden.

Cute Valentine's Day Doodle from Google

As I opened my computer to today to check on my emails, facebook and online shop. I saw google (since my homepage is google) and saw what google has prepared this valentines day. While I was browsing ( for I myself is looking for something for my partner) I saw this cute way of preparing something for your partner. I can call it "THE VALENTINE EGG"

Isn't it cute? You can prepare a special breakfast for your loved one and shape your boiled eggs in a heart shape. Here is how you do it.

~ PERFECT FOR VALENTINES DAY ~

A Declaration of LOVE with Egg

You will need:

- Eggs

- A Milk carton or any juice carton (cut open, washed well and dried)

- 1 Chopstick (round one is ideal)

- Rubber bands

How to make a Heart shaped hard boiled egg

Step 1: Cut the milk carton and fold it in half lengthwise.

Step 2: Make a hard boiled egg.

Step 3: While the egg is still warm, peel the egg and put the egg on the milk carton, place a chopstick on the center of the egg, and put rubber bands on the both ends.

Step 4: Leave it for about 10 minutes. (Keep the egg in the fridge if it’s summer time.)

Step 5: Take the chopstick off and cut the egg in half.

TIP: Make sure the egg is freshly boiled and warm. Otherwise the egg might break from the pressure.

Isn't easy? and it really doesn't cost that much.

A new blog for a new year!

I've decided to start fresh with this blog, one proud mamma blog. A blog where I'll be putting all my experiences
as a mom. All the frustrations, sadness, happiness and all other emotions that I know I'll face will be posted here.

I am proud to say that I am a proud mom/mamma. Having a 2 year old daughter that is starting to talk and an upcoming baby boy this upcoming April is more than a mom could wish for. I hope you will bare with me as you read what I post.

I am also planning to make this blog a place for unique finds for moms like me. I myself own my own online shop. I started it last year and so far so good. It is a good source of extra income for my family.  

Hope this blog will last for I will try my best to update it everyday (even if I know that I will have a very busy year ahead of me.)
